1. Detectors consist of one single sensor, made out of one 6" wafer.

2. The sensitive area is w = 61.44 mm wide and l = 116.885 mm long. The width corresponds to a pitch of 80 or 120 microns when the sensor is equipped with 6 or 4 APVs, respectively.

3. The insensitive region is dl = 1.14 mm along the strips, and dw = 1.00 mm in the direction orthogonal to the strips.

This gives the physical dimensions for the detector:

• L_tot = l + 2*dl = 119.165 mm

• W_tot = w + 2*dw = 63.44 mm

These detectors also fit in 1.5 5" wafers, or 2 4" wafers.
